When  submitting your pickup request please make sure your orders are ready  to go prior to scheduling your pickup.  The driver will show up anywhere  between the time you open to the time you close.  There are two choices  for scheduling a pickup, one if you are a winery and one if you are an  individual that needs a pickup at a winery or hotel.  Select the one  that applies to you to ensure your pickup takes place without any  delays.
